INK & Paint of TPUA series TPU elatomer is used to make adhesive in which its advantage as: thermal activation at low temperature, low temperature plasticity, optional rate of crystallization. Easy be dissolved in solvent of esters, ketone, DMF, dichloromethane etc.

Application Range

Coated proximate matter, Fire hoses, Automobile trim, Fabric coating, Shoe’s materials, etc. It’s suitable bonding materials as Fabric, Leather, Rubble(including elastomer of polyurethane), Wood, Plastic film and Aluminum foil etc.

Application method

It can be dissolved in ketones, esters, DMF or mixed solvents. It can be used with curing agent in order to improve the bonding strength, heat resistance and wetting breathable to the adhesive layer. It can also be used in fabric coating, hot melt film, adhesive tape, fire hose etc by heat melting.
