Polyurethane Prepolymer

Strodu^® series products are polyurethane casting materials, including polyurethane prepolymers and system products. Prepolymers include toluene diisocyanate (TDI) terminated prepolymers based on polyester polyol, TDI terminated prepolymers based on polyether polyol, diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) terminated prepolymers based on polyester polyol, MDI terminated prepolymers based on polyether polyol, and special prepolymers, which can be widely used in rubber roller, rubber wheels, seals, sieve plates and other miscellaneous pieces of polyurethane products.

Among the products, Strodu^®NR series products are heat-resistant casting polyurethane materials, possessing properties of high load, strength, tear strength and elastic, low compression permanent deformation, medium resistance, heat resistance and excellent dynamic performance etc., which can be used for heavy load rollers (wheels), dynamic seals, buffers etc.

In addition, customized polyurethane casting materials and application solutions for mining, oil, new energy, printing, transportation, marine and ships, paper making, electronic power, entertainment and machinery manufacturing etc. are available.
