This casting material exhibits good operability and is primarily used for the molding of CPU products. The material can be utilized to produce polyurethane (PU) elastic materials. The prepared elastic materials possess excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, and dynamic properties, and are mainly applied in screen meshes, pipeline linings, scrapers, blind plates and petroleum pipeline pig.

Operators should first refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). This product should be kept away from heat sources, sparks, and open flames. In a sealed environment, adequate ventilation should be maintained. During operation, protective measures should be taken, and smoking is prohibited. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, there may be a slight discomfort, which can be reduced by rinsing with water. Prolonged contact with the substance is prohibited. Polyurethane materials are sensitive to moisture and should be stored in seal when not in use. Do not bake for extended periods, as this may affect the product's performance. Before use, component B must be fully stirred to ensure a homogeneous state of the material solution.

Components A, B, and C are conventionally packaged in galvanized iron drums, while Component CT is packaged in plastic drums. Customized packaging can also be provided according to customer needs.

The materials should be stored in a sealed manner indoors in a cool and dry place, with a storage temperature range of 10˚C to 25˚C. Avoid contact with water, alcohols and amines. This product is not a hazardous chemical and can be transported by ship, air, etc.

Specifications: Components A, B, and C have a net weight of 20kg per barrel, while Component CT has a net weight of 5kg per barrel.

Shelf life: 6 months when stored in sealed package.
